What we offer
Apartment Nežárka offers comfortable accommodation for up to 6 guests in a modern, well-equipped space. It features a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, a bathroom, and a pleasant area for relaxation.
Its excellent location provides easy access to the historic centre of Třeboň, the spa facilities, and cycling routes leading around the ponds and through the beautiful nature of the Třeboň region.
The accommodation is suitable for families, couples, and groups of friends looking for a comfortable base for a holiday or weekend stay.
Living room with kitchen
In the living room you will find a sofa bed with a size of 150x200 cm and a smart TV screen. Fully equipped kitchen and dining table.
The 1st Bedroom
The 1st bedroom is equipped with a double bed of size 180x200 cm incl. bedding.
The 2nd Bedroom
The 2nd bedroom has 1 double bed measuring 160x200cm and 1 fixed bed measuring 90x200cm, incl. equipped with outdoor furniture with cushions.

There is a spacious wardrobe in the hall.
The apartment is also equipped with an ironing board, an iron, a clothes dryer, sewing supplies and a first aid kit.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with a shower screen, a sink and storage spaces. In the bathroom you will find towels, bath towels and basic hygiene items.
The toilet is located in a separate room with a washing machine.
WiFi and basic free board games, bicycle storage is available in the house. Parking space for 1 car for a fee 100 CZK / DAY Prior reservation is needed.
Obligation to register guests
The guest is obliged to register online via the Domovní kniha platform before arrival. A registration link will be sent to the guest by email a few days prior to arrival. Registration is a necessary condition for accommodation and serves to meet the legal obligations of the accommodation provider. In the event that the guest does not register on time, the accommodation may be refused without the right to a refund.
