WHAT DO WE OFFER?
We are happy to offer you pleasant and spacious accommodation in Apartment Lužnice in the South Bohemian town of Třeboň.
We will be delighted if you spend a wonderful time here, relax, and recharge your energy.
The minimum stay is 2 nights. During summer holidays, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve, the minimum stay is 5 nights. There is no maximum length of stay.
If you need a shorter stay for any reason, please contact me — I will gladly agree on a mutually satisfactory arrangement.

If you would like to give a stay with us as a gift, we will be happy to prepare a gift voucher for you.
Accommodation in our 3-room apartment is suitable for up to 6 people. Detailed information and photos can be found on our website.
If you would like to bring your pet, we are happy to welcome it as well — just let us know in advance.
It is important that your pet is used to staying indoors, you confirm it will not use sofas or bedding, and that it has its own bed and bowl.
We charge CZK 300/night per pet.

WHAT IS THE PRICE FOR ACCOMMODATION?
Prices vary depending on the season, length of stay, and number of guests.
Even though the apartment is spacious, we are happy to accommodate just a couple, for example.
After receiving your inquiry and sending you our price offer, we await your binding confirmation including the date, number of guests, and price.
After your final confirmation, we issue an invoice payable within 14 days.
The amount must be paid in advance, at 100% of the confirmed price.
After payment, your stay is firmly booked.

WHAT IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL?
If you change your mind or something comes up, you can cancel your reservation at any time before arrival. Please call us in advance so we can try to find an alternative date that suits you better.
Otherwise, cancellation fees may apply.
In any case, cancellation must be made in writing by email to: apartmanluznice@gmail.com.
We will send you a cancellation confirmation within 3 days of receiving your email.

WHAT ARE THE CANCELLATION FEES?
If you cancel up to 30 days before the start of your stay, there is no fee and we will refund your payment.
If you cancel less than 29 days before the start of your stay, 30% of the paid amount will be retained, and the rest will be refunded.
If you cancel less than 10 days before the start of your stay, 100% of the paid amount will be retained.

CAN WE CANCEL YOUR STAY?
Why would we? However, it may happen that something at the apartment needs urgent repair, and with great regret we would then have to cancel your stay.
We promise this will happen only for particularly serious reasons.
In such a case, the paid amount will be refunded to your account within 3 business days.

HOW DO YOU GET THE KEYS?
Approximately 3–5 days before your stay, we will send you arrival information by email.
This will include directions to the apartment, the exact address, and the check-in time.
Check-in is contactless, and the information will include a code for a lockbox where you can pick up the keys.
…and then just enjoy a pleasant and peaceful stay in beautiful South Bohemia, in the charming town of Třeboň.

However, the law requires us to inform you about out-of-court dispute resolution options — although we believe our guests will never need them:
a) We are not bound by any codes of conduct within the meaning of Section 1826(1)(e) of the Czech Civil Code.
b) Consumer complaints can be sent to apartmanluznice@gmail.com and we will respond to the buyer’s email.
c) The Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz) is the competent authority for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes.
The EU platform for online dispute resolution is available at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
d) The European Consumer Centre Czech Republic (www.evropskyspotrebitel.cz) is the contact point under EU Regulation No. 524/2013 on online dispute resolution.
